Charitable societies are considered one of the most important sources of social responsibility, as they target various social groups. At the same time, universities in general and computer science colleges in particular offer multiple solutions to face societal problems. In the College of Computer Science and Information Technology at Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University, various technical services are provided under different names such as graduation projects, summer internships, and curricular and extracurricular activities. However, these services are unstructured first, and target uninformed groups, which makes the service lack societal productivity. In addition, most charities have trouble finding funders to buy technology solutions such as apps and systems. The Easy Charity Project aims to facilitate the work of charitable associations by providing technical solutions according to their needs. Al-Maidra is considered an ongoing charity for the college, as the solutions provided are used in charitable works, and accordingly, benefiting from them is in a transitive manner.
